champagne+ lets you save and organize a personal library of champagnes, including photos, notes, and ratings. The service is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us permission to store, display, and process that content only as needed to operate the app for you.

Do not upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing material. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You may not attempt to break, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service. You may not use champagne+ in a way that harms other users or the platform.

We aim to keep champagne+ running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or be discontinued over time.

champagne+ is a record-keeping tool, not professional advice about wine, health, or purchases. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
